Consultation services

The customer can rely on the consultation service since the very first contact. Our specialized consultants perform an analysis of a client, a result of which is a suggestion of an optimal solution with regard to utilization of the existing hardware and software equipment. An elaboration of implementation works process and a suggestion of corrections if necessary for ensuring a troublefree operation of the system are also parts of the analysis. After the system implementation we offer a qualified support in the form of consultations at our customer's, or in the form of hot-line, eventually by means of a distant access.

Implementation services

On the basis of the analysis results the implementation works are started. These works include software installation, user's right setting, setting of modules interconnections, consultation during the implementation etc. Once the completion certificate is signed up, the implementation is finished and the information system is handed over for using.

Courses

We organize a course for our customers' workers. The course takes place at our customer's and is designed individually according to the customers' workers' needs.

Care for our customers

Our company provides the customers with a permanent service including not only regular information about news and continuous consultations but also regular update. There is also an emergency service in case there is a breakdown and unpredictable system outage.
