ISIR - Program description

The program is used to constantly check the Insolvency Register (ISIR). It evaluates whether there has been new entries made to the ISIR in sections A, B, C, D. It does not provide a detailed insight into the Insolvency Register that can be found at www.justice.cz.

The program downloads records from the ISIR into its own database and carries out an evaluation of organizations, invoices and balance. At the same time the program also corrects ISIR data of all organizations specified in Helios.

Because ISIR load goes from the last record, the new organization is not checked by using old records and must be checked with ISIR upon inserting.
