Today companies often encounters a situation when their trading partners are not able to meet their obligations.

To know about insolvency proceedings of a debtor is essential to successfuly recover the debt. Indebted company usually does not have sufficient funds to satisfy all claims. The only chance to get some money back is to write-off a debt.

You may submit your claims for insolvency proceedings within the period set by the court. The minimum period is at least 30 days, maximum can be set up to 2 months.

If you submit your claims after this period, the court disregards any claims in the matter of insolvency proceedings and you will not get any amends
