ConBid – a system for the support of the process of building work subdeliveries purchase
The ConBid programme (including the Oferta module) covers the processes connected with a selection procedure of building work subsupplier. It is possible to include it within the existing company system and operate it independently or as a part of the overall RSV system.
In connection with B2B client-server it fully automates the process of selection procedures (SP) of subsuppliers` demands and proposals. It standardizes and makes clearer the process of SP and ensures the possibility of proposal comparison. It facilitates the negotiations for the price decrease by means of disclosing the potential of proposal price decrease. It fastens the SP and approval process. It enables to make use of earlier gained information from the previous SPs by means of their detailed evidence. It improves the utilization of the internal subsuppliers and makes the internal purchase processes more effective. Therefore, all the information from SP are more clear and available. It provides the company management with a perfect overall view about the SP including an overall and detail evaluation of individual subsuppliers.
