What are the advantages of RSV system?

X The RSV follows the programmes for budget and calculation creation. It adds further agendas elaborated in terms of business, preparation and building realization and in this way it creates a compact system for building production control. The RSV enables cooperation with the majority of normally used calculation programmes. These are the products of the companies such as Callida, DS Soft, Kros, RTS, SoftProjekt, ÚRS Praha.

X By means of an integration of economic and service agendas, which are operated in your company, the RSV creates a complex information system. During an implementation, it is advisable to prefer an alternative of integration with the existing IS to an alternative of its compensation.

X The RSV enables a fast creation of alternatives for production plans as well as their evaluation for the whole company. It provides a competitive advantage by means of a market analysis and passed competitions evidence. It enables to follow terms, work-in-process status, expenses, proceeds and sources on all levels. It provides information on a building for individual participants according to his or her needs only. It informes what finances have you gained and what are your real proceeds. It meets the ISO 9000 requirements and in this way it pays interests for finances invested into the certification process. It reveals the connections which could be omitted by you.

What can the RSV system do?

1. Production planning

The RSV enables to sort buildings according to phases (proposals, realized, finished, in quarantee etc.) and create overviews about supposed expenses, proceeds and gain.

These plans can be sorted from the organizational point of view (departments, divisions, plants, all company) as well as from the temporal point of view (month, term, year). By using a data store you will easily create various alternatives of plans (year, term,...) and then you can evaluate their fulfilment by comparison with the real process. Within the data store you can include also alternatives of plans that were created manually in a tabular editor (Excel). One button press will show you the production plan for the whole company. Other button press will show you the evaluation.

2. Marketing and business activities

The system enables to follow potential orders including all related information, to analyze the market from the point of view of segments and a position of your company on the market. It is possible to sort the overviews according to various criteria and watch the trends in time.

The evidence of the passed competitions enables to evaluate success of business activities and monitor the competitors.

3. Building preparation and technological model creation

For the need of planning and control the RSV enables to create a technological division of a building, so called technological model. It is a hierarchically divided tree of activities carried out on the building. The tree is a bearer of information concerning terms, work-in-process status, expenses, proceeds and sources on all levels.

Above mentioned information originate by means of creation of the connections between a budget and a technological division.

For creation of schedules and their presentations, the RSV is connected to MS Project programme. All changes that are carried out in MS Project are projected to the RSV and a recalculation of the particular building expenses and proceeds is performed for all its users. In the schedule you can see the process of up-to-now works, a current plan as well as its previous alternatives.

The part of the technological model is an information about suppliers of individual building parts. On the basis of this information you have a perfect overview about supplier and purchaser relationships on the building.

You can watch the building from the point of view of individual participants and gain information on carried out works, expenses and proceeds composition, information on how much has been finished and how much is still ahead.

Contrary to the budget, the technological model division is completely in your hands. You can choose a level of detail exactly according to your own will as it conforms to the needs of building planning and control. It is necessary to be pointed out that the technological model can be gradually detailed.

4. Physical devices planning

On any level of the technological model you are provided with the list of devices (material, profession, mechanisms) that are needed for the particular part or overall building realization.

The device overviews (so called limit lists) are specified in time (according to months).

You can make use of them as a basis for material orders or display of requirements for machines and professions. These requirements can be displayed straight in the RSV and distributed in the information system. The device plans can be gained for any organizational unit in your company.

5. Building realization

Information on building status can be updated by means of a list of carried out work. By a rigorous division of in fact carried out number and number of invoicing for a purchaser you will gain information on calculated expenses of in fact carried out works and overview about work-in-process works (unfinished production).

The schedule is automaticaly updated by data about in fact carried out works. The RSV ensures connection between utilization of individual participants and automaticaly creates reserves for subdeliveries. By this method, the supposed gain takes into account your as well as your suppliers` work-in-process. In this way you will avoid potential unpleasant surprises.

6. Subdeliveries

The issue of subdeliveries is interconnected with all phases of proposal creation, starting with a preparation and building realization up to guarantee period. The RSV offers a support in terms of subdeliveries in all phases of a building life circle, it summarizes information and enables to view them from various point of view.

The evidence of subsuppliers and field of their activities is the basis. This evidence is partly created manually, then it is partly created by a completely automatic gradual assignment of information concerning the individual subsuppliers. In the RSV you can file subdeliveries competitions, their participants, prices and results.

Within building preparation the supplier relationships are generated. Each supplier has a range and schedule of carried out works as well as expenses and proceeds plan. In realization you can file list of works from the point of view of the subsupplier. In this way you have a perfect overview about the status of their invoicing. Furthermore, you are provided with a recapitulation which clearly summarizes information about a subdelivery status: a price from a contract, a price from a budget (ie. a technological model), a price for carried out works, invoices and advanced payments from the economic system.

In compliance with ISO 9000, there is an evaluation of subsuppliers on individual buildings available. It is available collectively as well. All documents, including complaints, defected or unfinished work evidence, related to a subsupplier are available at any time (contracts, completion certificates).

7. Operative information on primary accounting documents

During the building realization it is important to have an operative access to information about accounting documents such as issued supply and purchase invoices and status of their payment, material in a store and its usage, mechanism and transport vehicles expenses (internal invoices, reports,...). The RSV sloves these requirements by means of on-line views into economic SW.

With regard to particular competences, each user can see only his or her economic data.

8. Building cashflow

The RSV summarizes information on real expenses and proceeds out of the economic agendas. On the basis of this it calculates the building cashflow.

Even buildings with excelent economic result can be an encumberance if they do not bring real money to the company. You can reduce this negative impact if you are provided with a sufficient amount of information about it.

9. Economic evaluation of the building

By means of a regular comparison of real expenses (from accounting) with calculated expenses (gained on the basis of a list of carried out work) you find out the differences and can accept a corrective action. The RSV compares real and calculated expenses in the form of charts and graphs. The division is random according to organizational units, in terms of orders and in time.

Expenses evaluation is carried out in a calculation division. During loading the RSV automaticaly transforms the data from the accounting division by means of a converter which is created individually according to conditions of your company.

10. Physical usage evaluation

By means of the RSV you can evaluate the physical usage of material by comparing a real usage (from a store evidence) to a standardized usage (from a calculation and a list of carried out work). The evaluation is possible even if there are no consistent code lists in stores and budgets.

It is possible due to the fact that materials are sorted into material groups which are defined by you. The evaluation is carried out collectively according to groups with a consequent focus on the detail of the group.

11. Building documents evidence

In order to control a building company it is necessary to have an immediate access to all documents concerning the building. The RSV offers a well-arranged evidence of contracts, completion certificates, technical reports, project documentation, photodocumentation, complaints and any other documents.

Formalized information on documents in the form of "a document shirt" is stored. Furthermore, its full wording in the electronic form is available. The formalized data about documents give birth to various overviews, eg if the contractual prices correspond with budget prices, in what way do you transfer contractual conditions on your subsuppliers, what complaints have not been solved so far, etc.

12. Quality system according to ISO 9000

The RSV is an instrument for introduction of quality system into everyday practise. The RSV supports principles of company control in compliance with the quality system according to ISO 9000.

All activities, starting with subsuppliers evaluation, document evidence up to building planning and evaluation, are user-configurated in a way that the information system of your company is in a compliance with the valid internal control system of the company. These characteristic will be useful for you in terms of flexible reactions on all organizational and methodic changes.
